‘Totally Caked was born by making cakes for friends and family although the love of sugar art really began when I was asked to do the top tier of a wedding cake, and although a complete novice at the time, I quickly realised that this is what I wanted to do.  In the main, I am a self-taught cake decorator with a keen eye for detail and a flare for design,  so whether you are wanting something elegant, or quirky, complicated, exquisite or quite simple, I will endeavour to make your cake dreams come true.
